Johnson Uche Peter is a creative and driven professional who believes in delivering excellent results. He has garnered experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Legal Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance having advised both local and international clients on; Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Real Estate, Downstream Sector of the Petroleum Industry, Foreign Participation, Asset Acquisition, Lottery Law, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Restructuring.

Johnson has an in-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape with recognized expertise in working closely with regulators to achieve timely results.

Over the years, Johnson has contributed to the growth of startup businesses in Nigeria by organizing and streamlining the management structures, drafting several organizational policies, secretarial advisory, formations of new business ideas, and compliance with regulatory agencies.

In his formative years, Johnson served as an intern with Chief Chris Uche (SAN)&Co during his studies at the Nigerian Law school. He commenced his professional career as an Associate with Tina Williams Consults from 2016 to 2017 and developed a passion for corporate, commercial, real estate, and secretarial advisory. He nurtured same diligently.

In 2018 Johnson was employed as an associate with Hamu Legal then outsourced as an in-house lawyer in a Holding Company. Johnson was in charge of the legal department of the parent company and four other subsidiaries. Whilst discharging his duties, Johnson interfaced directly with the defunct Consumer Protection Council (CPC), currently the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), Nigerian Lottery Commission, Abuja Geographic Information System (AGIS), Land Registries nationwide, etc. Johnson was instrumental in the obtaining of several permits and licenses such as the license to engage in a national promotion from the Nigeria Lottery Commission, registration of several interests in Real Estate and conducting of several due diligences nationwide.

Johnson currently works with FERD ORBIH (SAN) & CO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS as an associate. Johnson is an alumnus of The University of Abuja and the Nigerian Law School. He is also a member of The Nigerian Bar Association.
